Supplementing the structure of the National Committee for the International Decade of Economic Development in Vietnam
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decision No. 97/CT dated April 5, 1991 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now Prime Minister) on the establishment of the National Committee for the International Decade of Cultural Development in Vietnam;
Considering the proposal of the National Committee for the International Decade of Cultural Development in Vietnam and the National Committee for UNESCO in Vietnam,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending some points in Article 3 of Decision No. 97-CT dated April 5, 1991 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now Prime Minister) as follows:
1. Appoint Mr. Nguyen Duy Nien, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chairman of the National Committee for UNESCO of Vietnam, as the Acting Vice-Chairman of the National Committee for the International Decade of Cultural Development in Vietnam, replacing Mr. Dinh Quang.
Mr. Dinh Quang continues to hold the position of Vice-Chairman of the National Committee for the International Decade of Cultural Development in Vietnam.
2. The permanent office of the National Committee for the International Decade of Cultural Development in Vietnam (secretariat) shall be located at the National Committee for UNESCO of Vietnam, responsible for assisting the Chairman and Vice-Chairmen of the Committee in organizing and coordinating the activities of the Committee.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentMinisters, Heads of State Committees, Heads of Government agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
