Issuing the Regulation on Implementing Democracy in Hospital Operations

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Pursuant to Decree No. 71/1998/NĐ-CP dated September 8, 1998 of the Government promulgating the Regulation on Implementing Democracy in Organizational Operations and Directive No. 38 1998/CT-TTg dated November 11, 1998 of the Prime Minister regarding the implementation of the Regulation on Implementing Democracy in Organizational Operations;

Pursuant to Circular No. 269/BTCCBCP-TCBC dated November 2, 1999 of the Civil Service Committee agreeing with the Ministry of Health on issuing the Regulation on Implementing Democracy in Hospital Operations;

At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department and the Director of the Treatment Department of the Ministry of Health,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue along with this Decision the Regulation on Implementing Democracy in Hospital Operations.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from its date of issuance. Any previous provisions contrary to those set forth in this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Heads of Departments, Directors of the Personnel and Organization Department, Directors of the Treatment Department of the Ministry of Health, and Heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
