THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010, and Decree No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14, 2013 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Decision No. 08/QD-TTg dated January 6, 2015 of the Prime Minister issuing the Plan for Simplifying Key Administrative Procedures in 2015;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision issues the Plan for Simplifying Key Administrative Procedures in 2015 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Legal Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and individuals and organizations related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
