Issuing the Plan for Organizing and Implementing the Enforcement of the Village Police Ordinance
PRIME MINISTER
Based on the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Village Police Ordinance No. 06/2008/PL-UBTVQH112 dated November 21, 2008;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Public Security,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Plan for Organizing and Implementing the Enforcement of the Village Police Ordinance No. 06/2008/PL-UBTVQH112 dated November 21, 2008 attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
