DECISION
Approving the overall restructuring and renewal plan for state-owned enterprises directly under Vinacomin for the period 2003-2005
subsidiaries under Vinacomin Coal Corporation for the period of 2003 - 2005
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on Directive No. 01/2003/CT-TTg dated January 16, 2003 of the Government Chairman on continuing to promote the restructuring, modernization, development, and improvement of efficiency of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of Vinacomin; opinions of the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Home Affairs.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the overall restructuring and renewal plan for state-owned enterprises of Vinacomin for the period 2003-2005 as attached in the appendix.
Article 2. The Chairman of the Board of Management of Vinacomin is responsible for directing the implementation of the restructuring and renewal of state-owned enterprises directly under it according to the approved content and schedule. Any adjustments or supplements must be approved by the Prime Minister.
Article 3. The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Industry, and other relevant ministries and localities are responsible for coordinating with Vinacomin in implementing this Plan in accordance with current regulations.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renewal and Development shall be responsible for directing, urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and at the same time recommending to
