REGARDING THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF MEMBERS TO THE CENTRAL GUIDELINE COMMITTEE ON HOUSING AND LAND POLICY
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister of Construction,
DECISION:
Article 1.- Supplementing Mr. Nguyen Manh Kiem, Deputy Minister of Construction as a member of the Central Guideline Committee on Housing and Land Policy, replacing Mr. Pham Si Lien, a member of the Central Guideline Committee on Housing Policy, who has retired.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3.- Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the central government, members of the Central Guideline Committee on Housing and Land Policy, and Mr. Nguyen Manh Kiem are responsible for implementing this Decision.
