FOR TECHNICIAN WORKERS
PRIME MINISTER
In order to unify training programs and teaching materials, ensuring the quality of training and serving as a basis for determining standard training periods for workers in various trades.
At the proposal of the Ministry of Labor:

Article 1.- The Board to Review Training Programs and Materials for Technician Workers is hereby established. The Board shall consist of representatives with authority from the following Ministries and sectors:

Each time the Board convenes to review programs, in addition to authorized representatives, Ministries may also appoint additional specialists or the Board may invite competent technical staff to assist in the review process.
Article 2.- Powers and duties of the Board:
a) To review training programs and materials for technician workers in various trades assigned to Ministries for compilation.
b) Based on production and technological development requirements, guide Ministries and sectors in compiling and improving programs and materials; coordinate with Ministries and sectors responsible for compiling various trades to determine the content and direction of compiling training programs for technician workers.
c) Monitor, exchange experiences, organize reviews of the implementation of programs and materials in training schools and classes for workers.
Article 3.- The Ministry of Labor is responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.
