Regarding the establishment of district townships for Ha My Thuong Bac, Ha My Thuong Nam, Duc Linh, Tanh Linh districts, Binh Thuan province

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

This Circular attaches technical inspection procedures for hand cranes used to raise and lower ammunition in the Ministry of National Defense. Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).The People's Committee of Binh Thuan province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department under the Government,

DECREE:

Article 1. Establish district townships for Ha My Thuong Bac, Ha My Thuong Nam, Duc Linh, Tanh Linh districts, Binh Thuan province as follows:

1. Establish Ma Lam township, the district township of Ha My Thuong Bac district based on the entire area and population of Ma Lam commune.

Ma Lam township has 1,550 hectares of natural area and 11,890 inhabitants.

2. Establish Thuong Nam township, the district township of Ha My Thuong Nam district based on 2,870.3 hectares of natural area and 10,936 inhabitants of Tan Lap commune.

Administrative boundaries of Thuong Nam township: East borders Ham Minh commune; West and North border Tan Lap commune; South borders Tan Thuong commune.

After adjusting administrative boundaries, Tan Lap commune has 13,469.3 hectares of natural area and 7,083 inhabitants.

3. Establish Vo Xu township, the district township of Duc Linh district based on the entire area and population of Vo Xu commune.

Vo Xu township has 2,765 hectares of natural area and 15,833 inhabitants.

4. Establish Duc Tai township in Duc Linh district based on 3,081.3 hectares of natural area and 17,920 inhabitants of Duc Tai commune.

Incorporate the remaining 1,700 hectares of natural area of Duc Tai commune into Duc Hanh commune. After adjustment, Duc Hanh commune has 7,420 hectares of natural area and 16,328 inhabitants.

5. Establish Lac Than township - the district township of Tanh Linh district:

a) Adjust 56 hectares of natural area and 1,024 inhabitants of Duc Than commune into Lac Than commune. After adjustment, Lac Than commune has 10,437 hectares of natural area and 13,272 inhabitants.

b) Adjust 3,034 hectares of natural area of Lac Than commune into Duc Than commune. After adjustment, Duc Than commune has 15,659 hectares of natural area and 4,691 inhabitants.

c) Adjust 1,140 hectares of natural area of Lac Than commune into Gia Huyen commune. After adjustment, Gia Huyen commune has 16,343 hectares of natural area and 2,936 inhabitants.

d) Adjust 2,447 hectares of natural area of Lac Than commune into Gia An commune. After adjustment, Gia An commune has 12,782 hectares of natural area and 2,936 inhabitants.

đ) Establish Lac Than township, the district township of Tanh Linh district based on the entire area and population of Lac Than commune.

Lac Than township has 3,816 hectares of natural area and 13,272 inhabitants.

Administrative boundaries of Lac Than township: East borders Dong Kho, Duc Than, Duc Binh communes; West borders Gia An and Gia Huyen communes; South borders Gia Huyen commune; North borders Huy Khiem commune.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentTHIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE ARE ABROGATED.

Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department under the Government, and heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
