Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the request of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister in charge of the Sports and Physical Training Committee, the Minister in charge of the Government Organization and Cadres Board,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Lam Dong Sports and Physical Training Department under the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province shall be established based on separating the state management functions and organizational structure for sports from the Lam Dong Culture, Information, and Sports Department.
Article 2. The Lam Dong Sports and Physical Training Department is a specialized agency assisting the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province in managing state affairs related to sports within the province.
The specific tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Lam Dong Sports and Physical Training Department shall be defined by the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister in charge of the Sports and Physical Training Committee, the Minister of Culture and Information, and the Minister in charge of the Government Organization and Cadres Board are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
