Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 3642 1999/QĐ/BNN-TCCB dated September 15, 1999 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the establishment of Gia Lai Forestry Company based on transferring this company from dependent accounting to independent accounting under Vietnam Timber Corporation;
Considering the proposal of Vietnam Timber Corporation at Circular No. 483 TCT/TCLĐ/CV dated March 30, 2000;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. - Supplementing business activities for Gia Lai Forestry Company under Vietnam Timber Corporation:
- Logging and forest products.
- Trading in import and export of machinery, equipment, materials, raw materials, chemicals serving production, interior decoration, aquatic products, consumer goods.
Article 2. - The General Director of Gia Lai Forestry Company is responsible for registering the supplementary business activities according to current regulations.
Article 3. - This decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of issuance.
Article 4. - The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the General Director of Vietnam Timber Corporation, and the General Director of Gia Lai Forestry Company are responsible for implementing this decision./.
