DECREE OF THE GOVERNMENT
Regarding the establishment of Suoi Hoa Ward in Bac Ninh City and Gia Binh Town in Gia Binh District, Bac Ninh Province
In consideration of the proposal by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department under the Government,
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
We hereby adjust administrative boundaries to establish Suoi Hoa Ward in Bac Ninh City and Gia Binh Town in Gia Binh District, Bac Ninh Province as follows:
DECREE:
Article 1. 1. Establishing Suoi Hoa Ward under Bac Ninh City based on 48.87 hectares of natural area and 1,405 population from Vu Ninh Commune; 16.98 hectares of natural area and 1,027 population from Kinh Bac Commune; 52.65 hectares of natural area and 2,649 population from Dai Phuc Commune.
Suoi Hoa Ward has 118.5 hectares of natural area and 5,081 population.
The administrative boundary of Suoi Hoa Ward: East borders Vu Ninh Commune; West borders Kinh Bac Commune and Tien An Ward; South borders Dai Phuc Commune; North borders Vu Ninh and Kinh Bac Communes.
After adjusting administrative boundaries to establish Suoi Hoa Ward:
Vu Ninh Commune retains 620.33 hectares of natural area and 9,331 population.
Kinh Bac Commune retains 206.02 hectares of natural area and 6,219 population.
Dai Phuc Commune retains 460.6 hectares of natural area and 9,973 population.
2. Establishing Gia Binh Town - the district town of Gia Binh District based on 213.08 hectares of natural area and 3,198 population from Xuan Lai Commune; 71.92 hectares of natural area and 1,389 population from Dai Bai Commune; 151.39 hectares of natural area and 3,085 population from Dong Cuu Commune.
Gia Binh Town has 436.39 hectares of natural area and 7,672 population.
The administrative boundary of Gia Binh Town: East borders Xuan Lai Commune; West borders Dai Bai Commune; South borders Quynh Phu and Dai Bai Communes; North borders Dong Cuu Commune.
After adjusting administrative boundaries to establish Gia Binh Town:
Xuan Lai Commune retains 1,084.35 hectares of natural area and 8,251 population.
Dai Bai Commune retains 627.46 hectares of natural area and 8,665 population.
Dong Cuu Commune retains 666.28 hectares of natural area and 7,301 population.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department under the Government, and heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province, the Minister, the Director of the Government Organizational and Cadre Affairs Board, and the heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
