THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Based on the Water Resources Law number 08/1998/QH10; Ordinance on the exploitation and protection of irrigation works number 32/2001/PL-UBTVQH10;
Based on the Decree No. 73/CP of the Government dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposal No. 04/TT-BQL dated October 11, 2002 of the Phú Ninh Project Management Board regarding the approval of the operation and regulation procedures for Phú Ninh water storage reservoir in Quảng Nam province,
In accordance with the review results; the recommendation of the Director of the Water Management and Irrigation Works Administration Bureau,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Operation and Regulation Procedures for Phú Ninh water storage reservoir in Quảng Nam province are hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous procedures that conflict with this procedure are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Water Management and Irrigation Works Administration Bureau, relevant Bureaus and Departments; the People's Committee of Quảng Nam province, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Quảng Nam province, the Director of Quảng Nam Water Resources and Irrigation Works Company, and all levels of authorities within the system; related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
