DECISION
Regarding the establishment of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Cao Bang Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Interior,

Article 1. The Department of Foreign Affairs under the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province shall be established based on the Foreign Affairs and Border Office within the People's Council and People's Committee Office of Cao Bang Province.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Interior are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
