DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS

Regarding the establishment of the Vietnam Children's Nephro-Urology and Hemodialysis Association

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish Associations;

Based on the Government's Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on organization, operation, and management of Associations;

Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Children's Nephro-Urology and Hemodialysis Association and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations;

 

DECISION:

Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Children's Nephro-Urology and Hemodialysis Association.

Article 2. The Vietnam Children's Nephro-Urology and Hemodialysis Association shall operate according to its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and be subject to the state management of the Ministry of Health. The Vietnam Children's Nephro-Urology and Hemodialysis Association shall finance its own operations and means of activity.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Chairman of the Vietnam Children's Nephro-Urology and Hemodialysis Association, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Head of the Office of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
