DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

On the issuance of the Interconnection Regulations with the National Power System

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 105/2005/ND-CP dated August 17, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Electricity Law;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Interconnection Regulations with the National Power System."

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, centrally governed city People's Committees, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
