THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

On the basis of Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

On the basis of Articles 29, 31, and 82 of the Investment Law 2005;

On the basis of the directive of the Prime Minister No. 2189/TTg-QHQT dated December 29, 2006;

On the basis of opinions from the Ministry of Planning and Investment (document No. 2566/BKH-KTCN dated April 16, 2007); the Ministry of Construction (document No. 600/BXD-KHTK dated March 29, 2007); the Ministry of Trade (document No. 1782/TM-KHĐT dated March 30, 2007); the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (document No. 1501/BTNMT-VP dated April 20, 2007); the Ministry of Justice (document No. 2922/BTP-PLDSKT dated July 6, 2007);

At the proposal of the Director of the Planning Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Issuing the List of fields of conditional investment and conditions for investment in the industrial sector according to the Appendix attached to this Decision.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Department Directors, Bureau Chiefs under the Ministry, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
