DECISION

Issuing temporarily the List of Occupations for Intermediate Vocational Education and Higher Vocational Education

THE MINISTER OF LABOUR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Training dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue temporarily with this Decision the List of Occupations for Intermediate Vocational Education and Higher Vocational Education.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

This Decision replaces Decision No. 16/2007/QĐ-BLDTBXH dated May 29, 2007 of the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs on issuing temporarily a list of 48 occupations for Higher Vocational Education and Intermediate Vocational Education in 2007.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central city, Director General of the Ministry’s Office, Director General of the Vocational Training Administration, Principals of vocational colleges, Principals of intermediate vocational schools, Principals of intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges and universities with registration for vocational training at intermediate level and higher vocational level, Heads of agencies and units concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
