BASED ON THE EDUCATION LAW ON JUNE 14, 2005; BASED ON THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE EDUCATION LAW IN 2005;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT REGULATING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE REVIEW RESULTS ON APRIL 23, 2008 OF THE ADVISORY BOARD FOR ESTABLISHING THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE TEACHER TRAINING FIELD;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT,
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE TEACHER TRAINING FIELD AT BACHELOR LEVEL, INCLUDING THREE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUMS FOR THE FOLLOWING THREE MAJORS:
1. MUSIC EDUCATION
2. VISUAL ARTS EDUCATION
3. EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 7, 2011. THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE APPLIED IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES ASSIGNED THE TASK OF TRAINING THESE MAJORS AT THE BACHELOR LEVEL.
Article 3. BASED ON THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM AS PROVIDED FOR IN THIS CIRCULAR, THE DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES, AND THE PRINCIPALS OF COLLEGES SHALL ORGANIZE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC CURRICULUMS FOR THEIR INSTITUTIONS; THEY SHALL ORGANIZE THE COMPOSITION AND APPROVAL OF TEXTBOOKS FOR COURSES TO BE USED IN THEIR INSTITUTIONS ON THE BASIS OF THE REVIEW BY THE TEXTBOOK REVIEW BOARD ESTABLISHED BY THE DIRECTOR OR THE PRINCIPAL.
Article 4. THE CHIEF OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES, AND THE PRINCIPALS OF COLLEGES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
