CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Food Safety Standards for Agricultural Products

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Article 1. This Circular issues three National Technical Regulations on Food Safety Standards for Agricultural Products:

1. National Technical Regulation: Coffee Beans - Food Safety Standards.

Code: QCVN 01 - 26: 2010/BNNPTNT

2. National Technical Regulation: Cashew Nuts - Food Safety Standards.

Code: QCVN 01 - 27: 2010/BNNPTNT

3. National Technical Regulation: Tea - Sampling Procedures for Quality and Food Safety Analysis.

Code: QCVN 01 - 28: 2010/BNNPTNT

Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Directorate of Quality Assurance for Forestry and Aquatic Products, the Processing and Marketing Department of Forestry and Aquatic Products and Salt Industry, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this./.
