DECREE

AMENDING DECREE NO. 48/2008/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 17, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL;

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
AMENDING CLAUSE 24, ARTICLE 3 OF DECREE NO. 48/2008/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 17, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS AS FOLLOWS:
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,

DECREE

Article 1. "24. TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING INSTITUTE FOR CIVIL SERVANTS."

THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 10, 2011.

Article 2. Effectiveness

- TO BE FILED: OFFICE, ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES (5b)

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
