CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE REVISED AND UPDATED LIST OF PRODUCTS FOR ENVIRONMENT TREATMENT AND IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE ALLOWED TO CIRCULATE IN VIETNAM
is permitted to be circulated in Vietnam

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government Article 24providing detailed implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Animal Health; Pursuant to Decree No. 119/2008/NĐ-CP dated October the 11 year 2008 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government providing detailed implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Animal Health;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Fisheries General Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the Revised and Updated List Products for Treating and Improving Aquaculture Environments Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the revised and supplemented list of products for processing and improving aquatic farming environments permitted for circulation in Vietnam, including:
1. List of additional products for processing and improving aquatic farming environments permitted for circulation in Vietnam (Annex 1);
2. The Revised and Updated List of Manufacturer Names in the Lists Allowed to Circulate in Vietnam (Annex 2);
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Fisheries General Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, organizations and individuals related to the production, business, and use of products for environment treatment and improvement in aquaculture are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
