DECREE

No. 37 dated March 27, 1946

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree No. 36 dated March 27, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Social Affairs,

At the request of the Minister of Social Affairs,

After deliberation by the Council of Ministers.

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Article 1: Appoints Doctor Vu Dinh Tung, Director of the Northern Medical House, concurrently as Director of the Central Health Office.

Article 2: Appoints Doctor Do Xuan Hop, Chairman of the Social Relief Agency in the North, concurrently as Director of the Central Relief Office.

Article 3: Promotes Mr. Nguyen Le Giang, Clerk at the former Ministry of Labor, to the position of Director of the Central Labor Office.

Article 4: Appoints Mr. Nguyen Huu Vien, Assistant in the Northern Department, as Chief of the General Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Article 5: The Ministers of Interior, Finance, and Social Affairs are hereby authorized to implement this Decree within their respective jurisdictions.
