PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992 as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;
WHEREAS, the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 34/CP-PC dated January 6, 2004,
DECISION:
Article 1. Grant Vietnamese citizenship to the following cases:
1. Mr. La Wei Zhi, born on September 25, 1972 in Ho Chi Minh City, Nationality: China (Taiwan), Vietnamese name: La Wei Zhi. Currently residing at No. 40 Tran Hung Dao Street, Ward 7, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Ms. Wang Ngoc Thanh, born on June 25, 1939 in Cambodia, Nationality: China (Taiwan), Vietnamese name: Wang Ngoc Thanh. Currently residing at No. 873 Nguyen Trai Street, Ward 14, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.
3. Mr. Tung Phu, born on November 17, 1956 in Cambodia, Nationality: Cambodia, Vietnamese name: Tung Phu. Currently residing at No. 6, Lot 15 Pham The Hien Street, Ward 14, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City.
4. Ms. Nguon Ranette, born on October 18, 1962 in Cambodia, Nationality: Cambodia, Vietnamese name: Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hue. Currently residing at No. 6, Lot 15 Pham The Hien Street, Ward 14, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the Office of the President, and the persons named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
