DECISION OF THE STATE PRESIDENT
Regarding the Granting of Vietnamese Citizenship
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
On the basis of Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session, tenth term;
WHEREAS, the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government in the Report No. 23/CP-XDPL dated March 17, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. Granting Vietnamese citizenship to Mr. Casset Ludovic Pierre, born on July 10, 1978, in the city of Sens, French Republic
Citizenship: France. Vietnamese name: Ma Tri.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and Mr. Casset Ludovic Pierre are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
