Regarding the approval of the list of members of the National Science and Technology Policy Council
(term 2009 - 2013)On the basis of Decision No. 1077/QD-TTg dated December 12, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the National Science and Technology Policy Council;
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the National Science and Technology Policy Council, the Minister of Science and Technology, and the Minister of Home Affairs,
Approve the list of members participating in the National Science and Technology Policy Council (attached list).
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are repealed.
Article 2. The Chairman and members of the National Science and Technology Policy Council, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. The Chairman and members of the National Science and Technology Policy Council, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct control of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
