Regarding the establishment of the Awards Board under the Vietnam News Agency

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of agencies under the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 4, 2005 of the Government stipulating the organization of commendation and reward work;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Vietnam News Agency and the Minister of Home Affairs,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. The Awards Board under the Vietnam News Agency is hereby established.
Article 2. The General Director of the Vietnam News Agency shall specify in detail the functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Awards Board.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
The General Director of the Vietnam News Agency, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
