Regarding the adjustment of administrative boundaries and the establishment of communes under the districts of Đức Trọng, Lâm Hà, Di Linh, and Bảo Lộc city, Lâm Đồng province

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lâm Đồng province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now, the administrative boundaries of some communes under the districts of Đức Trọng, Lâm Hà, Di Linh, and Bảo Lộc city, Lâm Đồng province are adjusted as follows:
1. Establishing the commune of Hiệp An under Đức Trọng district based on 5,400 hectares of natural area and 6,100 population of Hiệp Thạnh commune.
Administrative boundary of Hiệp An commune: East borders Đơn Dương district; West borders Lâm Hà district; South borders Hiệp Thạnh commune; North borders Đà Lạt city.
After adjusting the administrative boundary, Hiệp Thạnh commune has 3,690 hectares of natural area and 10,525 population.
2. Establishing the commune of Liên Hà under Lâm Hà district based on 4,853 hectares of natural area and 5,068 population of Tân Hà commune.
Administrative boundary of Liên Hà commune: East borders Tân Hà commune; West borders Tân Thanh commune; South borders Di Linh district; North borders Hoài Đức commune.
After adjusting the administrative boundary, Tân Hà commune has 3,117 hectares of natural area and 8,870 population.
3. Establishing the commune of Tân Nghĩa under Di Linh district based on 3,470 hectares of natural area and 5,923 population of Đinh Lạc commune.
Administrative boundary of Tân Nghĩa commune: East borders Đinh Lạc commune; West borders Tân Châu commune; South borders Gung Rê commune and Di Linh town; North borders Lâm Hà district.
After adjusting the administrative boundary, Đinh Lạc commune has 3,450 hectares of natural area and 10,126 population.
4. Establishing the commune of Đại Lào under Bảo Lộc city based on 6,220 hectares of natural area and 16,457 population of Lộc Châu commune.
Administrative boundary of Đại Lào commune: East borders Lộc Châu ward and Bảo Lâm district; West borders Đạ Huoai district; South borders Bảo Lâm district; North borders Lộc Châu commune and Bảo Lâm district.
After adjusting the administrative boundary, Lộc Châu commune has 3,320 hectares of natural area and 17,416 population.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect 15 days from the date of issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lâm Đồng province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
