Regarding the abolition of 11 Joint Circulars ceasing to be effective
MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/ dated October 20, 2015 of dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts promulgated on November 12, 1996,
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts;
Pursuant to Decision No. 335/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Government's Steering Committee for the comprehensive review and systematization of legislative regulatory acts and the plan for comprehensive review and systematization of legislative regulatory acts in 1997-1998;
After reaching consensus with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs through Official Letter No. 1676/LĐTBXH-THPC, with the Ministry of Finance through Official Letter No. 2149TC/HCSN, with the Ministry of Trade through Official Letter dated May 29, 2000, with the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union through Official Letter No. 541/TƯĐTN, with the State Price Control Board through Official Letter No. 444/BVGCP-CNTĐV, with the Sports Management Board through Official Letter No. 875/UBTDTT-PC;
In accordance with the proposal of the Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and the Head of the General Department of Education
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish the Joint Circulars that have ceased to be effective (Annexed List attached to this Decision).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Joint Circulars No. 02/TTLB dated April 6, 1979, No. 16/TTLB dated August 1, 1980, which have ceased to be effective, are abolished pursuant to Decision No. 471/2000/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated May 5, 2000 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (Annexed List attached to this Decision).
Article 4. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies related to this matter, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Heads of the Office, Heads of Units under the Ministry of Education and Training are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
