Regarding the assignment of the task of training Doctorate level for the Hanoi Conservatory of Music

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 930/SĐH dated February 9, 2001, and the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment in Document No. 355/BKHCNMT-TCCBKH dated February 13, 2001.
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the task of training Doctorate level to the Hanoi Conservatory of Music.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall examine and stipulate the specialized fields for training Doctorate level for the Hanoi Conservatory of Music.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
