DECISION NO. 38/2003/QĐ-BNV OF JUNE 30, 2003 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE VIETNAM POULTRY AND LIVESTOCK ASSOCIATION
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish Associations;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Poultry and Livestock Association, the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations;
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Poultry and Livestock Association.
Article 2. The Vietnam Poultry and Livestock Association shall organize and operate according to its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and shall be subject to the management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in poultry and livestock farming activities.
The Vietnam Poultry and Livestock Association shall finance and provide the means for its operations.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Poultry and Livestock Association, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Director of the Office of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
