DECISION
PERMITTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE VIETNAM ASSOCIATION FOR ENERGY CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT
MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish associations.
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on organization, operation and management of associations.
Considering the proposal from the steering committee for establishing the Vietnam Association for Energy Construction Investment, the proposal from the Ministry of Industry, and that from the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations.
DECIDES:
Article 1. To permit the establishment of the Vietnam Association for Energy Construction Investment.
Article 2. The Vietnam Association for Energy Construction Investment shall organize and operate in accordance with its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, and be subject to state management by the Ministry of Industry.
The Vietnam Association for Energy Construction Investment shall finance its own operations and means of operation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Energy Construction Investment, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Secretary-General of the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
