Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996, amended and supplemented on December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

Pursuant to Decree No. 119/2004/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2004 of the Government on National Defense Work in Ministries, Agencies Equivalent to Ministries, Governmental Agencies, and Localities;

Pursuant to Decree No. 184/2004/NĐ-CP dated November 2, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Self-Defense Organizations;

Considering the proposal of the General Chief of Staff,

DECISION:

Article 1. Issuing the "Regulations on Meeting, Reporting, Inspection, Interim Review, and Final Review of National Defense Work, Self-Defense Organizations, and National Defense Education".

Article 2. The General Staff is assigned to take the lead and coordinate with relevant agencies inside and outside the military to guide ministries, sectors, localities in organizing the implementation of these Regulations.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Chief of the General Staff, Chiefs of the Departments, Commanders of Military Regions, Services, Arms, and heads of central-level ministries, sectors, agencies, organizations, Chairpersons of People's Committees at all levels, and commanders of related agencies and units are responsible for its implementation.
