DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the Recognition of Buon Ma Thuot City as a Class II Urban Area
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 72/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 5, 2001 of the Government on the classification of urban areas and urban management levels;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province, the Minister of Construction, and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1 Recognize Buon Ma Thuot City under Dak Lak Province as a Class II Urban Area.
Article 2 This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Minister of Construction, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Ministers, and the Heads of relevant agencies, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
