THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 201/CP dated May 26, 1981 of the Council of Ministers on the management of economic and technical norms;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision attaches the Unit Price for Quality Testing of Telecommunication Products.
Article 2. This unit price serves as the basis for preparing budgets, reviewing, auditing, and settling accounts for quality testing activities of telecommunication products.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4The Heads of the Office, Department of Planning and Finance, Directorate of Postal and Telecommunication Quality Management and Information Technology, Directors of Telecommunication and Internet Enterprises, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
