GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 135/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 on Inspection and Handling of Normative Legal Documents;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 122/2004/NĐ-CP dated May 18, 2004 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of legal departments of Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees, and state-owned enterprises;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Regulations on Inspection and Handling of Normative Legal Documents of the State Bank of Vietnam are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Legal Department, and Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision.
