DECISION

ISSUING INDUSTRY STANDARDS

MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Pursuant to the Railway Law 35/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transportation;
Pursuant to Circulars No. 1554/VPCP-KG dated March 23, 2007 of the Office of the Government and No. 828/BKHCN-TĐC dated April 9, 2007 of the Ministry of Science and Technology regarding guidance on the validity of industry standards;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency,

DECISION

Article 1. Issuing two industry standards as follows:

1. Railway transportation equipment – Air brake system for diesel locomotives – Technical requirements and testing methods, designated as 22 TCN 364 - 07.

2. Railway transportation equipment – Freight cars – Technical requirements for production, assembly, and new imports, designated as 22 TCN 365 - 07.

Article 2This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Directors of Departments, Directors of Agencies: Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, Vietnam Railway Administration, General Director of Vietnam Railways Corporation and Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
