Issuing the Interconnection Regulations in Publishing Activities

MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to the Publishing Law on December 3, 2004 and Decree No. 111/2005/NĐ-CP dated August 26, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Publishing Law;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;

At the proposal of the Director of the Publishing Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached hereto with this Decision are the "Interconnection Regulations in Publishing Activities".

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 75/1999/QĐ-BVHTT dated November 8, 1999 of the Minister of Culture and Information issuing the "Joint Venture Regulations on Printing and Distribution of Publications".

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Publishing Department, Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications under the Central Government, Directors of publishing houses, and all subjects participating in interconnection publishing activities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
