Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated February 27, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the ASEAN-South Korea Trade in Goods Agreement under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation among the Governments of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Government of the Republic of Korea signed for amendment in Bangkok, Thailand on August 15, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 19/2006/NĐ-CP dated February 20, 2006, promulgated by the Government detailing the Law on Commerce regarding the origin of goods;
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Specific Product Rules under the Harmonized System version 2007 in the Rules of Origin of the ASEAN-South Korea Trade in Goods Agreement as follows:
Article 1. Content of Repeal and Replacement
1. Repeal Appendix II - List of Origin Criteria for Specific Products (PSR) issued together with Decision No. 005/2007/QĐ-BCT dated October 5, 2007 of the Minister of Industry and Trade amending and supplementing Decision No. 02/2007/QĐ-BTM dated January 8, 2007 of the Minister of Trade on the issuance of the Regulations on the Issuance of Certificates of Origin Model AK to enjoy benefits under the ASEAN-South Korea Trade in Goods Agreement under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation among the Governments of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and the Government of the Republic of Korea.
2. Replace Appendix II specified in Clause 1 with Appendix II - Specific Product Rules under the Harmonized System version 2007 in the Rules of Origin of the ASEAN-South Korea Trade in Goods Agreement issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. Effectiveness
This Circular takes effect from February 1, 2010./.
