ISSUING REGULATIONS ON ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR SURVEY AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPREHENSIVE MARINE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT BY SEAGOING VESSELS

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2009/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2009 of the Government on comprehensive management of marine resources and protection of the marine environment and islands;
Upon the proposal of the Director General of the Vietnam Marine and Island Administration, the Head of the Planning Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ISSUES THE ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR SURVEY AND INVESTIGATION OF COMPREHENSIVE MARINE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT BY SEAGOING VESSELS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 15, 2011.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES AND AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL, HEADS OF PROVINCTION AND URBAN CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES ALONG THE COASTLINE, DIRECTOR GENERAL OF VIETNAM MARINE AND ISLAND ADMINISTRATION, HEADS OF MINISTRY SUBORDINATE UNITS, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CIRCULAR./.
