Issuing the List of Aquatic Diseases to be Declared

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008;
Pursuant to the Veterinary Law dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance; Decree No. 119/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 28, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the List of Aquatic Diseases to be Declared.
Article 1. The List of Aquatic Diseases to be Declared is promulgated together with this Circular.
This List shall be supplemented when new dangerous diseases appear and need to be declared.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 16, 2012.
This Circular replaces Circular No. 83/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated December 9, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the List of Aquatic Diseases to be Declared.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, please report them to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for timely amendment and supplementation.
