AMENDING AND REPEALING DECISION NO. 35/2015/QD-TTg OF AUGUST 20, 2015 ON AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING DECISION NO. 02/2012/QD-TTg OF JANUARY 13, 2012 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE LIST OF GOODS AND SERVICES THAT MUST BE REGISTERED WITH MODEL CONTRACTS AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Protection Law on November 17, 2010;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 99/2011/ND-CP dated October 27, 2011 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision amending Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2015 on amending and supplementing Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg dated January 13, 2012 of the Prime Minister on issuing the list of goods and services that must be registered with model contracts and general terms and conditions. essentialto be registered with model contracts and general terms and conditions.

Article 1.

Repeal Clause 2, Article 2 "Supplement item number 10: Issuing domestic debit cards, opening and using payment account services (applicable to individual customers), personal loans (for consumption purposes)" of Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2015 of the Prime Minister.

Article 2.

This Decision takes effect from October 22, 2018.

Article 3.

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central city, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
