Issuing National Technical Regulations on Safety for Explosion-proof Transformer Substations Used in Underground Mines

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Commodities dated November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; Decree No. 78/2018/ND-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Article 1. Issuing National Technical Regulations on Safety for Explosion-proof Transformer Substations Used in Underground Mines.
Designation: QCVN 03:2019/BCT.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2020.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Safety and Environmental Technology; Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
