ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SAFETY FOR EXPLOSION-PROOF GENERATORS USED IN UNDERGROUND MINES
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
On the basis of Law on Standards and Technical Regulations June 29, 2006;
On the basis of Law on Product Quality on November 21, 2007;
Decree No. Decision No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007, issued by the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. Decision No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007, issued by the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008, issued by the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality and Goods; Decree No. 74/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP Article 31 of the Government's Decree No. 31/2008/ND-CP dated December 31, 2008 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality and Goods;
Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP Article 18 of the Government's Decree No. 18/2017/ND-CP dated August 18, 2017, stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Safety Technology and Industrial Environment;
THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ENACT NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SAFETY FOR EXPLOSION-PROOF GENERATORS USED IN UNDERGROUND MINES.
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SAFETY FOR EXPLOSION-PROOF GENERATORS USED IN UNDERGROUND MINES.
DESIGNATION: QCVN 07:2020/BCT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2021.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TECHNICAL SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT; THE HEADS OF THE AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
