DECREE
No. 38 NV dated March 27, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Resolution of the National Congress of Vietnam held on March 2, 1946 regarding the organization of the Government of the League for Resistance.
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1: Establish within the Ministry of National Education a Youth and Physical Culture Department comprising a Central Youth Office and a Central Physical Culture Office.
Article 2: The Minister of National Education shall be entrusted with the implementation of this Decree.
