OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 38 DATE 28 MONTH 3 YEAR 1947
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to Decree No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 organizing people's administration and administrative committees,
Pursuant to Decree No. 1 SL dated December 20, 1946 establishing protection committees,
Pursuant to Decree No. 34 SL dated March 19, 1947 amending Decree No. 1 SL dated December 20, 1946,
Pursuant to Circular No. 6 NV/CT dated December 28, 1946 amended by Circular No. 55 NV/CT dated February 14, 1946 and amended by Circular No. 55 NV/CT dated February 14, 1947 organizing administration during special periods,
Considering the current situation,
After the Council of Ministers has agreed,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Article 1 of Decree No. 34 SL dated March 19, 1947 mentioned above shall now be amended as follows:
"Article 2 of Decree No. 1 SL dated December 20, 1946 shall now be amended as follows:
The provincial and district protection committee consists of:
1 military representative,
1 administrative representative,
3 representatives of the people.
The five members above will elect one member as chairman.
The county protection committee consists of:
1 military representative,
1 administrative representative,
1 representative of the people.
The three members above will elect one member as chairman.
The commune protection committee consists of:
The commune administrative committee and
1 representative of the people,
1 military representative
and called the commune administrative committee兼任抗战委员会。
The chairman of the commune administrative committee is the chairman of the commune administrative committee兼任抗战委员会。
Article 2
The Ministers of Interior and National Defense shall implement this decree.
