Issuing the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the Vietnam-German University
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2005/NĐ-CP dated November 2, 2005 of the Government on fundamental and comprehensive renewal of higher education in Vietnam for the period 2006-2020;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training;
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the Vietnam-German University.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees, and Rector of the Vietnam-German University are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
