On the basis of Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
On the basis of Circular No. 2674/BXD-KTTC dated December 11, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction agreeing to the industry-specific budget estimates for the installation work of thermal power plant equipment;
Considering the reports No. 6499/CV-EVN-KTDT dated December 14, 2005, No. 6618/CV-EVN-KTDT dated December 20, 2005, and Circular No. 2136/CV-EVN-KTDT dated May 4, 2006 of Vietnam Electricity Corporation on the issuance of industry-specific budget estimates and unit prices for construction works related to the installation work of thermal power plant equipment;
At the proposal of the Director of the Energy and Oil Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued herewith is the set of industry-specific budget estimates for the installation work of thermal power plant equipment, replacing the set of estimates No. 43/2002/QD-BCT dated October 18, 2002 of the Ministry of Industry.
Article 2. The set of industry-specific budget estimates for the installation work of thermal power plant equipment serves as the basis for establishing industry-specific unit prices for the installation work of thermal power plant equipment.
Vietnam Electricity Corporation is assigned to direct project management boards and consulting units to monitor and summarize actual data, promptly propose supplementary and corrective suggestions to the set of estimates when necessary.
Article 3. This set of estimates shall take effect from January 1, 2007.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Energy and Oil Department, the General Director of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
