Pursuant to the Food Safety Law dated June 17, 2010;
ON THE BASIS OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 199/2013/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FISHERIES AGENCY;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE VIETNAM GOOD AGRICULTURAL PRACTICE FOR AQUACULTURE (VIETGAP) STANDARDS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION REPLACES THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DECREE NO. 1503/QD-BNN-TCTS OF JULY 5, 2011 ON VIETNAM GOOD AGRICULTURAL PRACTICE FOR AQUACULTURE (VIETGAP) AND SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FISHERIES AGENCY, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF CENTRALLY-GOVERNED CITIES, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
