RESOLUTION

REGULATING THE TOTAL STAFFING LEVELS, THE NUMBER OF JUDGES AND THE NUMBER OF MILITARY ASSOCIATE JUDGES
OF THE MILITARY COURTS

 

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE

Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session;

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the People's Courts;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Organization of Military Courts;

Considering the proposal of the President of the Supreme People's Court; 

RESOLUTION:

Article 1

1. THE TOTAL STAFFING LEVEL OF THE CENTRAL MILITARY COURT IS 54 (FIFTY-FOUR) PERSONS, INCLUDING 19 (NINETEEN) JUDGES OF THE CENTRAL MILITARY COURT.

2. THE TOTAL STAFFING LEVEL OF THE MILITARY COURTS AT MILITARY REGION LEVEL AND EQUIVALENT IS 108 (ONE HUNDRED EIGHT) PERSONS, INCLUDING 54 (FIFTY-FOUR) JUDGES OF THE MILITARY REGION COURTS.

3. THE TOTAL STAFFING LEVEL OF THE MILITARY COURTS AT ZONE LEVEL IS 153 (ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE) PERSONS, INCLUDING 68 (SIXTY-EIGHT) JUDGES OF THE ZONE MILITARY COURTS.

Article 2.

1. THE NUMBER OF MILITARY ASSOCIATE JUDGES OF THE MILITARY COURTS AT MILITARY REGION LEVEL AND EQUIVALENT IS 270 (TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY) PERSONS.

2. THE NUMBER OF MILITARY ASSOCIATE JUDGES OF THE MILITARY COURTS AT ZONE LEVEL IS 425 (FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE) PERSONS.

Article 3 THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE'S COURT AND THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS RESOLUTION WITHIN THEIR RESPECTIVE DUTIES AND AUTHORITY./.
