Regarding the approval of the organizational structure of the Central Military Procuracy

THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the National Assembly, tenth session;
Based on the Law on the Organization of the People's Procuracy;
Based on the Ordinance on the Organization of the Military Procuracy;
Considering the proposal of the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy;
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Approve Decision No. 04/2003/QĐ-VKSTC-TCCB dated March 14, 2003 of the Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy regarding the organizational structure of the Central Military Procuracy.
Article 2. The Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the Minister of National Defense shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution within their respective duties and powers.
